Shipping Policy
At InfiSnap, we deliver dependable power solutions with speed, safety, and transparency. Below are our shipping terms and delivery expectations.
Processing & Handling
- Handling Time: Orders typically require 2–3 business days to process before shipment.
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is handed to the carrier.
Shipping Costs & Methods
- Free Standard Shipping: We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. No minimum purchase required.
- Carriers: We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx Ground to ensure safe delivery of lithium-ion products.
- Restrictions: We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states. Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii may incur shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping.
- Service Limitations: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or international addresses at this time.
Lithium Battery Safety (Ground Shipping)
To comply with DOT safety regulations, high-capacity lithium-ion batteries are classified as dangerous goods and must be shipped via Ground methods only. These items cannot be expedited for air travel.
Delivery & Loss Prevention
Once a carrier confirms delivery to your provided address, the order is considered fulfilled. However, we know things happen. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact the carrier immediately to open a trace or claim.
While InfiSnap is not responsible for theft after delivery, we are happy to provide the necessary documentation to assist you in a carrier claim or police report.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to a re-shipping fee or a refund minus original shipping costs.
Payment & Cancellations
Payments are securely processed at the time of checkout. You may request a cancellation for a full refund at any time prior to shipment. Once a tracking number is generated, the order must be handled via our Returns & Refund Policy.
