30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  • Opened Items: Returns that are opened or show signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
  • Return Shipping: For satisfaction-based returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, or if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Please provide clear photos or a short video of the issue to care@infisnap.com.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used during checkout.
Order Cancellations: Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item under our 30-day policy once it arrives.

12-Month Limited Warranty

InfiSnap rechargeable batteries and chargers are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails under normal use, please reach out for a replacement.
